JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o.o. Company has carried out the project entitled: “Launching innovative steel structure components onto the Polish market”. The project was carried out from 1st December 2016 to 31st December 2017.
PROJECT TOTAL VALUE: PLN 3,824,284.90
AMOUNT OF ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE: PLN 3,109,174.72
AMOUNT OF CO-FINANCING: PLN 1,399,128.61
The direct effect and goal of the project is the implementation of both product innovation and process innovation by using the purchased fixed, intangible and legal assets as part of the project and the laser cutter we are currently in possession. It will result in introducing a new product and service, which stimulates further company development, reinforces the brand, increases competitiveness and consequently, raises revenue. The main goal will be achieved by implementing an innovative, single steel structure component and an innovative service of customised structure components created by using customer-provided documentation as well as implementing a new innovative production process.
As part of implementing the project and by increasing the company innovation, it will become more recognisable and competitive on the market.
At the same time, we would like to inform that as part of implementing the project number: RPSL.01.02.04-00-121/15 entitled: “Enhancing the competitiveness of JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o.o. by developing the laser cutting technology” since 6th November 2015 we have introduced a new service of laser cutting for 30 mm thick workpieces sized 2,000 × 8,000 mm.
The project was implemented as part of Operations 3.2 in Small and Medium Enterprises as part of Priority Axis 3: Enhancing the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Regional Operational Programme for Silesia Province for the years 2014-2020.
We are pleased to inform that JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o.o. Company has completed implementing the project entitled: “Enhancing the competitiveness of JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o.o. by developing the laser cutting technology”. The aim of the project was to improve the technology of innovative metal cutting already implemented by the Applicant as well as cutting non-conductive materials by using a fibre laser. As part of the said implementation we bought an innovative and rarely encountered machine - a fibre laser cutter 2D 6 kW. By implementing the project JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o.o extended its offer by providing specialised services of laser cutting for 30 mm thick workpieces sized 2,000 × 8,000 mm.
The projects was co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund of Silesia Province for the years 2007–2013.
The total cost of the enterprise was PLN 2,595,527.55, including the co-financing part of PLN 735,000.00.
